WOW! This is a great item that you can barely feel when you wear it and it makes you sweat like crazy around your midsection.

Love this waist belt. I wear it up to 10 hours a day, & omg, you will sweat out any water weight around the middle area. Yes of course it’s not fat loss, I know that, BUT, it still helps to train your stomach muscles. I’m old, so it’s a great way to strengthen the tummy area. The belt itself is comfortable, adjustable & you can absolutely wear under clothing if you want. I love this product & I’m coming back to order one for my daughter who just turned 55 & wants to get back into shape!

I use this on the treadmill. It feels firm and it stays in place. I don't know that it helps lose weight or firm but it does make me feel like I have better posture. Adjustable for any size.

Came with a rip on the inside. Might be troublesome in the near future but works as I expected for now. It’s super sturdy so I’ve been having my bf help put it in nice and tight (but mindful of the rip) that Velcro ain’t going NOWHERE 😂

Just purchase this item award for half a day I smelt like a tire everybody kept smelling a tire smell. Took off the waist trainer sweat band and oh my gosh it was so strong it was bad. I tried to wash it in my kitchen sink with very hot water and Dawn dish soap and then it still smell after I was done washing it and I let it air dry and my boyfriend walked by it cuz it was air drying and said it smells really bad still like tires. So now I asked for a refund. So if you want to smell like a tire literally buy it if not I wouldn't mess with this one there's something wrong the fabric they use is rubber or something and it's very strong like a tire. If you want to smell like a new tire there you go LOL but I'm definitely giving this to zero if I can. And it also bunches up on you. So if you're sitting down in a chair for a minute it will go up it has no side things so it doesn't bunch up. I totally do not recommend this. If I could give this a zero I would.

Sweat belt actually make me sweat I ordered a lg. It felt very comfortable for me to wear all day. Whether it’s for a gym session, work, or running errands. You will definitely burn some calories wearing the sweat band.
