Love this waist belt. I wear it up to 10 hours a day, & omg, you will sweat out any water weight around the middle area. Yes of course it’s not fat loss, I know that, BUT, it still helps to train your stomach muscles. I’m old, so it’s a great way to strengthen the tummy area. The belt itself is comfortable, adjustable & you can absolutely wear under clothing if you want. I love this product & I’m coming back to order one for my daughter who just turned 55 & wants to get back into shape!

This is amazing!! If you want to sweat like crazy!!! It isn’t uncomfortable I’m ab 160 pounds and got the medium. It wraps around you so it dosnt scratch your skin. And I pair it with the sweet sweat stick only thing iv learn don’t leave the sweet sweat in the car while it is hot.. it melts and spills everywhere

it’s okay, i was looking for another brand i had purchased before but it was no longer available, this one was cheapest and looked similar so i figured whatever. for the price i think its fair enough, it does the job and makes you sweat - i personally don’t mind the smell too much - but it’s there, like new shoes/tires. the velcro is extremely strong, almost to the point where its difficult to take on and off 😅- after throwing it in the wash the fabric side gets really stretched out, my older one didn’t do that. it’s also more narrow than my older one so it doesn’t cover as much but it’s also cheaper so - overall pretty good :)

I absolutely love this waist trainer! I've been using it daily for a few weeks now, and I can already see a noticeable difference in my waistline. It works well after I aired it out, coated it with baking soda, washed and aired it out again because the chemical smell was so strong I couldn’t be in the same room with it much less wear it.

Came with a rip on the inside. Might be troublesome in the near future but works as I expected for now. It’s super sturdy so I’ve been having my bf help put it in nice and tight (but mindful of the rip) that Velcro ain’t going NOWHERE 😂
