I love fangst grilled salmon the Faroe island one because it taste so fresh so I have been trying all there other canned foods and they taste pretty good Quality:I mean the quality is amazing in the sense of it being tinned. not so fishy like sardines but I think yet get 3 or 4 pieces of herring. Size:I think you get a whole herring cut up into 3-4 pieces Oil content:it has a decent amount of oil in the tin id say after you take out the fish its about a quarter of the tin
