I have been taking these for a yr to try and flush something we all was required to take. If I say the name amaz. Will not publish no ill side effects. But I noticed a few have mentioned it doesn't have enough root in it or other things to make it useful. Would be awesome if you mentioned the maker that does.

I discovered this when I was looking at the active ingredients for Relief Factor. This is one of those ingredients. Buying individually is half the cost. Together, these five ingredients have helped my back pain.

Good price but I forgot to get the one with black pepper! Have to pay more attention next time!
