Wonderful Customer Service. the yellow ink cartridge ran out of ink a very short time after insertion. I contacted the seller and received a replacement very quickly.

The only reason I gave this product 4 stars instead of 5 is that it took two tries for my Epson Stylus RX580 printer to recognize the CYAN cartridge. This was the problem I was having with the latest purchase of the OEM cartridges from Office Depot. The only difference was that it would never recognize the CYA cartridge and the BLACK and LIGHT MAGENTA ones as well. The printer printed what was in the print buffer right away; the pages appeared normal.

I needed 3 of 6 cartridges replaced, found this for the same price as 1 new cartridge. So far so good, we'll see long term how they actually compare, but they're definitely the right price!

I would highly recommend that you do NOT buy this product. I took a chance that this ink, knowing that it was not a name brand, would work just fine in my printer, I was wrong. Once I unwrapped each cartridge, and plugged then into my printer everything seemed fine. As you all know your printer will show what level your ink are at and I immediately noticed that all the ink levels were different for each color. None of them showed full. In fact the black ink showed half full. Once I did print head cleaning I tried running a test sheet, it didn't come out at all good. After about 6 or 7 cleanings I still couldn't get the the test sheet to come out perfect. After running those test sheets the ink levels showed empty. At that point I gave up. Do not buy this ink!!!!

Its possible that complaints about printers failure to communicate with these ink cartridges is due to film and/or crud on the electrical contacts that instructions invariably warn users not to touch (true in that static may damage the chip inside the cartridge). But close inspection of the cart may reveal dirt or other contamination preventing good electrical connection from the printer to the cart, and using typical static station processes can clean up the contacts. On several carts that immediately or within a few printouts became 'unrecognizable' I was able to get working fine; after the first couple I inspected the remaining carts and cleaned the connectors on all of them and have not gotten any errors even after some 3+ days of printing around 100 cd's on my now very old R380 printer I use exclusively for that purpose.

I've purchased these E-Z Ink cartridges several times now for use in my Epson Stylus Photo R280. They're always recognized as Epson ink cartridges and they've worked quite well for everyday printing, especially when you consider the low price.My last purchase was in February 2018, but I didn't need to install all of the cartridges right away so I didn't realize that the yellow cartridge physically wouldn't fit in my printer until I tried to install it about 6 months later. I contacted E-Z Ink but I didn't expect a replacement or anything else from them since it had been so long since I had received my order, but I thought that they might want to know that there was a physical problem with one of the cartridges that I had received. To my surprise, they promptly sent me a new yellow cartridge that fit my printer perfectly. That kind of customer service is rare these days and I really appreciate it.

Not impressed. Most of the cartridges worked, blue and black (2nd one in the package) refused to recognize with my printer. This sucks because I cannot find Epson original cartridges because my printer is ancient. The refurb market is y only choice.
