SECRUI Door Chime, Wireless Door Chimes When Door Open Entry for Business/Home/Office/Store Door Ringer Alert Buzzer Alarm Door Ringer for Opening – Door Open Alert - 2 sensors

This door chime is perfect for our retail welding store. We were having a tough time realizing when customers were coming through our doors, but that challenge was solved with this set of door chimes. With a sensor on the door and two alarms for us to place at different locations now alert us when we have someone walk through the door. Different sounds and customization of the chimes are ideal for us. The set was easy to install and the chimes just plug into a wall outlet. The battery life of the door sensor is ideal, and the adhesive strength of the mounting hardware is strong. This set up will offer us many years of service, and the portability and customization of it suits us perfectly.

Low cost and good value. The sensor will bridge fairly wide gaps and does not need to be perfectly aligned. Gap between the two could be as small as 1-2 mm or up to 7-8 mm and worked fine. Did not need be to parallel, as long as they were within 3 mm laterally they worked. The default alert is like a traditional doorbell & sounds 2 "ding dongs" and then stops, by default. The wall unit that rings can be plugged in anywhere convenient as it has long range. It is loud enough to hear throughout our 2-story house. There are other ring patterns you can choose, but I did not try those. In the photo you can see a magnetic "catch" next to it that holds door in neutral position if it's not latched. (That was not part of this purchase, but you can see it to the left of the Secrui.) I cut back the trim more than I needed to as I was not sure how precise the gaps needed to be. I used screws to mount the two parts, as the sticky pads that come with it are not very strong. There is a battery inside the sensor that needs to be replaced occasionally, but its been going strong for months. Will update this over time. I am very pleased with it.

The store that I work at needed a door chime for the front door so that we could hear customers come in and it works great. We already had one on the side door of the store. It's good that we are able to have 2 different chimes so that we know which door is being used.

Very surprised....this actually does what it says. Has a great selection of alarms and transmits quite far. They only problem is that it's really hard to take out the batteries (included) for changing... They should have just made a springy plastic latch....I'm pretty sure the back will break after a few times

Works like a charm, but to set volume seems you have to choose one of the 32 default tones that are not the default. The other ring tones are perfectly fine, so no big deal. Despite the central unit's small size, it can be plenty loud or soft or somewhere in between or even visual light only. I like that it uses only the one central unit to handle chimes on my three doors. Instuctions aren't the best, but it's intuitive once you play around with it and get the desired volume and chime tone. Although it comes with screws for attachment to the door I used the included 2-sided sticky tape which will last.

EDITED: 🚨The sensor on the door just randomly stopped working about 2 weeks ago (bought in September 2024) it’s November and it stopped working in October. The seller will not get back with me, despite my several attempts at reaching out regarding the issue! Now they are telling me it’s not eligible for a refund or replacement of the sensor! This should not happen in 2 months! This was a brand new product! A company not willing to stand behind their product is not a company for me! TERRIBLE experience trying to remedy this issue!🚨 This is a great system for businesses and letting you know when someone enters/exits. It gives me peace of mind knowing both ways. The sounds are great, many to choose from. The loudness is perfect too! I bought two receivers for our approx 1100sq foot building and I ended up only needing to use one thinking I would need both to be able to hear, nope just one. I plugged it in, in the far back hallway pretty far from the front door so it wouldn’t be close to or disrupt our Massage Therapist and it’s still loud enough for all to hear and not disturb our LMT while working on clients. Definitely gives me a sense of security and now my employees can step away from the desk to clean/use bathroom etc without worrying someone has came in and not knowing. Problems solved with this thing! Love it!
