Works great
Purchased these hoping they would work to keep a fishing rod end safe in a soft sided case. It is a gift and expensive so I needed to make sure that it would be safe. It does take two to secure a foldable rod but it has multiple sizes and really easy to use. Will use the others to secure rods that store in the boat…

Use for bigger diameter rods
I have seen these and wondered how well they work. I think they work better on bigger rods. They are ok but they won’t work well on a light or ultra light rod. They work well on my salmon n steelhead rods which are bigger in diameter.Fun colors and easy to use.

Not as secure as I'd like, but it works
These work pretty well for my 8.5' two-piece rod, but only just barely. The larger middle "slot" is still a little small for the thicker part near the base of the rod, and it feels like it's always just about to pop off. Seems to hold fairly well if I use two of them a little closer together out at the narrower end of the rod, but that seems awkward, like it's not balanced right or something. Maybe it's more an aesthetic thing for me than a functional issue. Super easy to use, non-marking on the fishing gear, and no risk of getting tangled up like with velcro straps.They are substantial in size and weight, and made of what appears to be a resilient, sturdy rubber or vinyl material. No worry to this point about wear after a couple of months of use. The bright yellow color makes them easy to find in a bag or tackle box.Again, wish they felt a little more secure, but overall well worth the investment.

Help save rod tip and eyes
Very reasonable priced. Size options can be used together . I lay my rods on boat deck and these stop rods from vibrating

Great idea!
As an avid angler, I own several rod and reel combos. Of the few I have that are 2 piece rods, I have found that these are perfect for keeping your gear together whenever the need to separate and secure is necessary. It’s a great product, and I love the colors!

Okay, Not Great.
Great idea, but poor execution. Rods don’t stay tight and come out easy.
