How many metallic and neon color pencil in a box?

There is another box, a little more expensive with those, however I did get some metallic, maybe 4-5 . Also got yellow and orange neon. But NO bright green, our blues...

Does it come with skin tones?

Not labeled skin tones but they are the best I've found for this price for doing various skin types. The pastels are amazing. You can't go wrong with these pencils.
