Have always liked Griffin products
Have always liked Griffin products, bloody ugly but to be honest, I really don't care when they protect my £600 phone. Can I put my phone into a pocket easily and then retrieve it easily? No. Does it protect my phone from accidental drops? Yes. Has the screen ever cracked? No. This case though is a little different, it actually seems a little smaller and less bulky, I can see more of the phones screen so I have no problems loving apps between home screen pages. Can I remove easily from pockets and handbags? No chance, it's still super rubbery, but to be honest, I'd rather have my ridiculously large and expensive phone wedged so far into my pocket that I would feel any thief stupid enough to try and yank it out. They'd probably be there for half an hour whilst I used someone else's and called the cops....

Get this case!
Everything about this case is great! This turns your phone into a rock that even paper can’t beat. That was cheesey and I apologise. All ports and buttons are covered and still easily accessible so great for people working on industrial sites where dust is an issue.Screen is covered without impairing call volume / quality or id scanner.Drop wise, I have dropped this from about 2 meters onto tiles and Lino and one meter onto concrete and there is no impact on the phone at all. I don’t recommend testing it intentionally but this is definitely the most rugged and reliable case on the market. If, though it’s extremely unlikely, the screen cover came off the only way to actually get the phone out is by pressing a rubber patch on the back of the case. So you know this phone can’t fall out even if you take the screen cover off!The belt clip, which also doubles as a stand, rotates 90 degrees either clockwise or counter clockwise is a great addition and even locks if you want to make sure your phone can’t possibly leave your belt.My one issue with it is that where the screen part clips to the back part of the case, when you take the belt clip on and off it is easy to unattach one of the screen clips. It’s hard to describe and not really a huge problem as 5 other clips still hold the screen cover in place.

Good, lightweight case - but keep away from high temperatures
I had this case previously for a number of years and it generally worked well, with no damage to the phone body over that time. Its a lightweight case that is easy to slip into a pocket, but is not really rugged, so if you have a tendency to drop your phone a lot, then this might not be for you. In particular, the case is not much higher than the screen ( maybe only 1 mm ) so I definitely recommend a separate screen protector as well.I had to replace my original case after going to Portugal and leaving my phone in strong sunlight (mid 30s temp) ... the individual panels on the case started to come apart - seemed like the internal bonding/glue had melted. So avoid strong/direct sun and high temperatures.

Solid build with minor flaws
Purchased for my iphone 6 plus.Having used an otterbox defender case for he last few years and on previous models it has been hard to find a reasonably priced alternative, when this popped up in the warehouse I took my chance.I was aware griffin make solid cases and was only worried it maybe slightly bulkier than the defender, this particular model is not, if anything its significantly more streamlined whilst maintaining that heavy duty protection look and feel.Assembly is pleasantly simply, the case is only two parta with the hardened glass front built into the top plastic layer which simply slides into the back to form the whole. The case feels exactly as it is, solid and Im certain it will hold up well if dropped or worse.Thw fitting is very flish for the iphone 6 plus model, no snagging in the slightest. The open front design shows the whole front of your phone under the protective glass not just the touch screen, this makes swiping alot easier. All port are well covered with access relatively easier, the mute switch being built into the case otself is a nice touch and means no opening amd closing of a port cover to use.The only open/close port cover is the charging point and headphone jack all under a single rubber cover, this is where my first minor gripe is. I could say its slightly unsightly when in use, as its essentially one long line of rubber hanging off the bottom of the phone, its design means its probbly more susceptible to snapping off.My biggest issie is the rubber case covering over the phones side power button. Taking pictires using this combined with home is frustrating because it requires a hard push that doesnt always register. To be fair this may give in time but it may also be because the bulk of his rubber cover is too bulky. For what I paid £9 amd what I got, definately worthy of 4 stars and it will certainly do its job

Pretty much bombproof
Have had this case for over a year and the only problem is that the charging port cover has broken off on one side but it still pushes in when needed. I think it is due to extensive use when it is only held together by a little bit of silicone. The touchscreen occasionally plays up but it is usually because one of the 6 clips holding the screen protector down has come loose and has to be clicked back in then it works fine.It does increase the size and weight of the phone somewhat but after a few days you forget it’s there, until you drop it and pick it up to find not a single scratch. This case is pretty much bombproof
