Product uselessness

Do Not buy this product. It is rubbish. It worked once and then, despite following the instructions meticulously, it never worked again. After the revival in hot water it simple goes hard and never recovers. I repeat, do not buy this product it is overpriced rubbish.

This is a great product and heats your red wine to a perfect temperature - it has been great over the Christmas period and I have bought one of these for my two children as they were impressed by it. But slight downsides are:You need to boil it in hot water to regenerate it - easy enough but sometimes feels like a chore!Because the sleeve is very snug-fitting, it isn't always easy to get, and off, the bottle.

Finally a product that actually keeps red wine warm. Easy to use and a great buy.

I'm very disappointed with this item, as I've had a number of these over the years, my last one being in 2013, and never had any issues. Unfortunately, this latest purchase seems to be a tad narrower in diameter as it couldn't be slid over a standard Bordeaux style bottle and for which the design should be eminently suitable.I have been able to use it, though, by very carefully slitting down the seam, and then using sticky tape to hold it together around the bottle. This way, it does have at least one advantage, it is possible to now use it for a wider variety of bottle shapes, including the standard Burgundy style, and which was never possible even with the earlier warmers I had. For the sake of a couple of millimeters less in diameter, it would seem the manufacturers have spoilt an excellent product for a ha'porth of tar, as the saying goes.There is still one worry, though. On the second time of using the chemical reaction only occurred after three presses of the disc.The warmer does get very warm, surprisingly so, and retains its heat for quite a while, so in this respect I still am happy to continue using my "modified" unit. Now if only the manufacturer could make a small adjustment to the fit as I'm sure others will have issues with the size from time to time and won't be happy to apply my Heath Robinson solution.

I love this - perfect for getting chilly wine up to temperature. Only one bottle at a time though ;-) then you have to recharge it. But easy to use.Be careful you don't leave it to boil dry though... always use a timer!

Really good little gift for a wine loving recipient. Just click the little silver square on the bottom corner of the sleeve to activate the warming crystals inside while it is around your wine bottle. Leave for about 10mins and your red wine is a perfect temperature to drink. To reset it, you summer it in a pan of water for 5-10min so the gel goes back to being clear. Once cooled, it's ready to use again.

Purchased this wine warmer and left in the box and placed in the drawer until I wanted to use it.Took it out of the box for the first time and the strong smell was horrible. The sleeve was solid and the button to start the warming process had leaked and did not work . A complete waste of money as it was faulted and not as described / advertised.I couldn’t send back as it was out of the return period. A complete waste of £10.

Therm Au Rouge is a great product for people who live incooler climate or store their Red Wines in cool cellars orWine Coolers. This product will gently heat the cool wineto the perfect drinking temperature for Red wine. TheTherm Au Rouge is easy to use and easy to regenerate foryour next use.

Terrible product. I don't recommend at all! Didn't work as described. Plus the shipping amount is not refundable and it was more than the product cost.

Thoughtful gift for any wine lover. I have 2 of these and have purchased them for friends that are wine lovers too.
