Amazing camera, great quality, works perfectly.

Our community is plagued with red-light runners, intoxicated pedestrians who lurch off the sidewalk into the street, and distracted drivers. Responsibility is difficult to prove. The first time this documented I had a green light, I bought 3 more, for my spouse and both children. I chose very simple installation. It attaches to the windshield with a suction cup and plugs into the 12-volt outlet on the dashboard. It has a long enough power cord to allow tucking neatly around the margin of the window. An extra value is that it has a USB power outlet in the 12-v plug. The included memory card saves several hours of image; when full, it starts recording over the oldest files. Files can be marked as permanent; not to be over-recorded. 1080 resolution allows clear identification of traffic lights and movement. The light sensitivity is good enough to record in detail with the headlights at night. I haven't paid attention to clarity of license plate numbers. Using internal connections eliminates any connectivity issues on recording. A USB card-reader is used to transfer data to a computer without the vulnerability of Blue Tooth or WiFi. This is able to record sound inside the car. This is easily muted. Mine does not record video inside the car or behind the car. If I drove as a ride share provider, I would choose a fancier model. This has all the functions I need. I've waited over a year to write this review. None of the units has malfunctioned over

The camera is easily sets up and installed and works very well, however the mount does not hold it securely so it has a tendency to just fall off the mount, so far it has not been damaged, I use a piece of paper or plastic to wedge it in the mount and that works for a while.

Works as described, unlike other vendor dashcams. This one lives up to its claims. One really nice option is that their aux power plug has an accessory usb outlet so you can charge from it and power the camera. The camera system was easy to install and hide the wires in the headliner of the truck. The system will boot up when the ignition is turned on and it shuts down when turning the ignition off. Included a good size micro SD card. You can transfer through an app to your phone. The rear camera (mounted inside the cab) is clear and its night vision is pretty good. I wish that the reverse backup indicator lines were adjustable. Since I mounted the rear camera high in the cab the backup guide lines are not correct. The software interface is useable. It could be easier to use but some of the other cameras I have tried makes this interface pretty easy. Would purchase again if needed. For the price it’s a pretty great value.

After the third time our Pathfinder was hit and left in the parking lot at my wife’s job, I knew I had to get some kind of protection against hit-and-runs. This camera setup has been the perfect solution. It installs easily and connects through the app without any trouble, making it simple to review footage whenever needed. The video quality is clear both day and night, and having coverage from the front and rear gives us extra peace of mind. My only small wish is that the rear camera wire was a bit longer, but it still works well once tucked and routed properly. Overall, this has been a great investment for my wife’s vehicle and gives us the reassurance we were looking for.

I've had this for 6 months now. The view is amazing, the videos always look great, and it was very easy to set up.

Stopped working after about a month of use. Video quality made everything seem a little farther away. But still alright quality . Customer support website doesn't work, but they respond quickly via email and will make things right

A solid dashcam with an easy to use app for Apple or Android. Easy to use buttons and it’s great that it uses usb C and has a direct WiFi. Love that it loop records so you don’t have to change your micro sd card and automatically turns on when the car starts and turns off when you turn off the car. Quality is great at 4k but I think 1080p will be enough because I can record longer videos. I think the looks are its downfall. Looks cheap and like a toy, but it does its job which matters the most. It’s great that there is a rear camera option but I opted not to use it. Overall it’s a descent camera for your car and I’m liking it.

It has been 1 week since I have installed, and used the a16w 2.5k front and rear dash cam. I can honestly say that the dash cam for the price is an epic find. The installation was simple enough, and you can get an app to connect the camera to view the footage, and download what it is you need. It works good, too. The device powers on and off as your car is started, or turned off. The front camera quality is awesome, and records well. The back is better than a lot of cheaper priced dash cams, but not as clear as the front but it is good regardless. The audio is good as well from the playback I watched. The only thing I will say is the playback through the app is a bit choppy, but tolerable. I would also like to say that I wish it would connect to the wifi from home so that I can log into the app and see the cam if I needed to see if something was going on in my laneway or a break in or something. FOR PARKING/24HR MONITORING YOU NEED A HARDWIRE KIT. PURCHASED SEPARATELY AND NEED TO HARDWIRE. For this I wish it was different, I have the kit but need to have a licensed technician through my car dealership do it so it doesn't void any warranties. PLEASE ASK YOUR DEALER/WARRANTY FIRST!! Installation was simple enough, and you can hide the wiring in the trim of you car as well to give it a clean appearance. The camera itself is a good look, too. It is my first dash cam, so I don't have anything else to compare it to, however for my first one, I'm very happy with it. I give it a 10 out of 10. The customer service was fantastic, as well, and the company really shows they are wanting to bring customers good products, and are willing and wanting to help in any way they can. They want the feedback, and encourage it. I am truly excited to see what other devices this company brings out in the future, and if we will get an upgraded dash cam with touch screen and new features/upgraded current features. I'd say buy it.

The Dash Cam is quite light but it seems efficient enough. It cannot be formatted via the computer, I tried this several times and I was still getting error message to formate the memory card. While scrolling through the menu I found the option to format the card and once completed it was good to go. Setting up the menu to your speciation is easy. The only thing to remember is that the Power button doubles as the OK button. I have attached it to my windscreen and it comes on automatically once the car ignition is on. The resolution seems ok but I will need to view the video playback to confirm this, but I have not yet done so. There is a user manual booklet inside the box and this seems quite informative and the seller also sent an email with information on how to set up the device. The device was well packaged and the box contained all of the parts. So far, I am pleased with my purchase.

So easy to install . Just pull the SD card to get the needed time file. Glad there is no app to mess things up. Great value.

I haven't set it up yet but if it's anything like the documentation it it should be a good device.

I installed this dash cam a couple of weeks ago. I can honestly say that the dash cam for the price is fantastic and is a great addition to your driving experience, especially accident and accountability purposes. We recently hit -46 celcius outside and the dash cam still performed well. The installation was simple and when the weather warms up in the spring I’ll tackle hiding the main cable, which you only have to tuck in. The dash cam powers on automatically when you start your car. I only installed the front camera and the quality is great and records flawlessly. It performs very well in well lit and low light conditions. I haven’t bothered to set up date and time etc., again I will do that when the weather warms up LOL. Even without fiddling with the date settings etc. it still works right out the box,,, just plug and play. The camera itself looks great too, sleek and minimal profile. The customer service is great too, they are proactive and send you a quick start via email/Amazon to make sure you get up and running, that was a nice touch. I found they are willing and wanting to help in any way they can. THANKS Ssontong! I highly recommend
