Awesome product! Works better than my Oneplus Watch 3 and Samsung Galaxy Watch 7! Amazing battery life too! The fact that it tracks your physical activities AND you can log your food in the same app is something that you would think bigger companies like Samsung and Apple would have in their health apps. I wish there was a setting to make it so that when music is playing on my headphones, the music app would be front and center on the watch for easy volume adjustment or changing songs. I can let this slide tho because I can adjust these from the headphones themselves.Also, the user interface on the watch and the Zepp app is really well done. The amount of information it has for you but it puts things simple for you to understand.

The accuracy of the step counting, heart rate monitoring, and sleep analysis has been consistently impressive. It provides a comprehensive overview of my well-being that encourages me to stay active and mindful of my health.The battery life is also a major highlight. I typically only need to take it off to charge, which is usually every few days depending on my usage. This minimal downtime is fantastic and means it's almost always on my wrist and tracking my data. The only other time it leaves my wrist is when I shower, simply out of habit and to keep it in pristine condition.Beyond the fitness and health tracking, the smartwatch features are incredibly useful. Receiving notifications for calls, texts, and apps directly on my wrist is convenient and allows me to stay connected without constantly checking my phone. I don't really work out or go running or anything like that, but I do have a physical job, and the Amazfit Balance fits perfectly into my daily routine. The biggest win for me is the battery life—even with all the sensors turned on, I got 16 days on a single charge. That alone makes this watch worth it.It tracks all the basics really well—steps, sleep, heart rate, etc.—and the GPS is accurate when I need it. The stock band is comfortable, the screen is bright and sharp, and it looks good enough to wear anywhere.I’m still trying to figure out the stress tracking and PAI scores. They’re interesting but a little confusing. I haven’t really found a way to use that info yet.There’s not a ton of third-party app support, and the interface isn’t as slick as an Apple or Samsung watch, but for the price and performance this thing is a solid buy. Especially if you just want something that works and doesn't need to be charged every night.

I have an Amazfit T-Rex2 watch. The band broke on it, after having been replaced not even one year earlier. Anybody who has one of these knows how difficult the bands are to replace. I decided not to try that again, and after some searching, decided to purchase an Amazfit Balance.So far I am very happy with this purchase. The watch is stylish and has many improvements over the T-Rex 2, not the least being a band that is simple to replace. It is easy to navigate the various screens, and there are more features. The watch is very functional, and intuitive. There are plenty of watch faces. I like the exercise tracking, the gps and compass. For the money this seems to be a good quality and good performing watch. If you are seeking a new smart watch that is affordable, stylish and functional this might be the watch for you.

This is my first smart watch. After reading countless reviews on various products, I decided to go with this. So far, I'm happy with the battery life, activity tracking, sleep tracking as well as Zepp Flow and Amazon Alexa. Initially, Zepp Flow didn't work but after a couple of updates of the watch software, it worked. The sleep tracking seems very accurate. I also like the workout tracking since I'm into tennis, running, walking, strength training and yoga. I also ski but I haven't tried skiing yet. The watch works well and hasn't had any connectivity issues with my phone. The bluetooth calling works well but it doesn't display the caller's name for calls though it displays for text messages.

Outstanding smartwatch and activity tracker. Monitors sleep, heart rate, breathing, seps, stress level and oxygen levels automatically. Battery life is great - charging once a week should ensure never running low with normal use. Love the app with great free features, but then paid service if you want coaching or more detailed analysis. Best smart watch that I've ever owned. Will buy again if/when needed.
