It dose like it says and the fabric is solid n not cheap but u should do like they tell u where it 30 min a couple of days to get use to it and later 45 min . If u feel comfortable enough after that where it all day and befor bed take it off . I personally use it when i do abs exercise 🦾🦾🦾

Keeps your back straight and it doesn't hurt. The only thing is that you'll need to size up.
