I recently purchased a borescope for inspecting and maintaining my husband’s yacht’s engine, and it has proven to be an invaluable tool for the job. This scope has a clear picture to look in pipes or crevices, and handy accessories to retrieve items. So far, I have used it to check a drainage pipe for debris and to retrieve a rope toy that my dog had wedged under the sofa. The picture is very clear. I haven’t recorded anything with it or taken photos with it yet, but have no doubt it would work for that as well. The entire unit and accessories all store neatly in the included hardcover carrying case.

This is a great value for your money and the picture quality wa amazing. This product was was to function and the quality was outstanding.

We got this product to find things our cats hide in vents and under the oven. It works great and we are now able to find hidden treasures. It is very easy to use and has a large screen. We will definitely get use of it from now on to find hidden things. I would recommend for someone to look in small spaces and needs to find things in drains or what not. Also comes with tools to grab thing. Very easy to use as well!

I’ve had this endoscope for a little over a year now. I’ve used it in automotive and small engine repairs and it has worked fine. Today I had the bathroom sink plug up and nothing was getting through. So I brought out the endoscope to check and see what the obstruction was. Well it didn’t take long to realize that in a wet, mucky environment like a drain, the camera end got covered up with the slime. I tried cleaning it off several times, but the same results. Just a black screen. So beware if you’re planning on running this optic down a wet mucky pipe.

Image quality is very clear and I like that you can switch it from side view to front View. The line needs to be just a little bit stiffer because after about three to four feet of pushing it, the line would start bending if I came to a slight curve and it would not go as far as it needed to go.

I used this boroscope to look for something that dropped under the kitchen lower cabinet. I was able to visualize what I was looking for by the fact the item is equipped with light. Screen has a good resolution.

I tried this product out so I can check behind walls when running wires, inspecting duct lines and plumbing pipes. It has an excellent video resolution and the light helps tremendously. May buy a second unit for work
