I love this light, it is amazing and the Alexa support is great. It was confusing a bit to setup, but have not regrated my purchase and have been using for a while now.

Have an area where I can’t use a large fan. This worked perfectly too eliminates buffeting against a soffit. The lighting is great and remote easy to use

Let’s talk about the install. I removed a light fixture in the living room for this fan so in many was it was relatively straight forward with a couple exceptions.You may want a pair of wire strippers, pliers and extra 14/16 gauge wire. The wire ends attached to the fan needed a bit more housing stripped off and you will need to attach a ground wire to the fixture mount ground screw (wasn’t provided) first and then attach to the ground of the fan with the provided wire nut. Smallest gauge I had was 14 so I used that. 16 is probably more optimal just for the greater ease of getting it attached to the mount.Other than that getting the mount and wiring installed and connected was fairly straightforward, along with getting the fan attached to the mount via the safety catch also.The final install portion was the most difficult part: attaching the fan to the mount. It was a bit of a struggle getting the base configured to stay on the opposing slotted set screws. Got those on after a bit of a fight.The instructions only mention one safety screw but there are two, one on each side 90 degrees offset the initial slotted set screws. You will want to install both of them because it just doesn’t feel all that secure without. You will need a long Phillips screwdriver for this as you have to reach in between the top of the fan and the ceiling and there isn’t much space to deal with. Then you have to use the Force and hope that the screw gets in the opening enough for you to apply pressure so it doesn’t fall first before you can tighten it in. I dropped the screws several times. Luckily they either bounced to the floor or stayed on top of the fan’s cage assembly.The instructions say to clean this fan you need to take it all down from the mount. Heck no. That fan ain’t coming down until/when it breaks.Okay. After install the rest was golden. Installed the app on my phone and everything was great. The app does need your wifi name and password. I’m assuming you have that but if you don’t the app won’t work. The remote can still operate the fan but the app is actually pretty dang slick.Only thing I don’t like are that some of the lighting “scenes” are actually a bit nauseating with rapidly flashing blinks. I just avoid those. You can control the solid outside light with color and intensity or choose scenes, as well as fan speed and direction. It’s all super intuitive.Mostly I bought it for the fan though. We have an older house and all the vents are on the floor. This means when the AC is on the cool air stays low. I have had two floor fans on each side of the living room directing air upwards. This fan is currently doing the task of those two floor fans with ease on a medium speed setting.Bottom line. The install isn’t overly difficult but I highlighted some of the issues I encountered. The fan works very nicely, the lighting is cool and the app works very well with the fan/lights.

It looks good, and the fan makes very little noise. Installation is also relatively simple

Great lighting for small room, it has a lot of nice color options. The fan is very quiet but not as strong as a normal ceiling fan. Great value!

We’ve had this fan for about 6 months and it’s been great. It was easy to install and simple to use. I really like the app and remote—it makes everything easy to control.My kids love all the color options, and the music sync feature is a big favorite. No problems at all so far. Fun, useful, and works perfectly!

I love this ceiling fan. The appearance is very unique and the lighting is amazing. I have my fan in my living room and also one in my bedroom. The light is dimmable which is very important to my family and the fan has many settings which is very useful for my family. I will recommend this item to my family and friends.

Fun light fan. Installed in guest room. Lights are pretty and colorful. Little fan does move air. Very modern looking. Mounted remotes on wall - easy to find them now.
