Love It
Love this crockpot. Have cooked several meals in it and it does a marvelous job each time. The only thing to be aware of is that it does tend to cook a little hot ( on low it tends to make things like chili boil). Overall, really great addition to the kitchen.

Versatile
This cooks very well! It fits nicely in my cabinet when not in use. The sous vida makes it a very versatile appliance to have. It is very easy to use and to clean. Great value.

Easy to cook with, easy to clean, not cheap, but reasonably priced on Amazon
Only used it a few times so far. Easy to transport food in the cooker, easy to cook with, easy to clean (inside and out). Have not tried the sous vide feature - the idea of cooking in a plastic bag does not appeal to me. Large capacity. Love the idea of dropping in the food and leaving it cook for a few hours. Good addition to kitchen tools, not cheap, but reasonable price for the features and quality.

Clamps broke on first cook.
The lid broke on the first cook and dropped metal rivets into my food. The two clamps on the side are defective.

Works great!
Great product. I’ve had it for almost 2 years and I love it. The high setting is actually hot! Love the timer and keep warm setting. Lid locks which is nice

I'm using this for processing low-temperature method half-pint canning jars
Ten half-pint jars fit nicely into this cooker with enough room for an inch of water above the jars. I did two batches of low-temp peaches and pineapple from a #10 can today at 181F degrees (wanted to be sure it stayed at least 180F), and all 20 jars sealed perfectly with no siphoning. Because there was a little over an inch of water above the jars and the water level did not go down at all, I was able to stick the probe in to be in the water above the jars and it kept a very steady 181F temp. Of course, pineapple and peaches aren't shown as being something you can can using the low-temp method, so these will go into the refrigerator, where I expect them to keep for up to a year. But now I know I'll be able to can my cucumber pickles this summer using an approved low-temp recipe. As some others mentioned, it does take a really long time for the water to come up to temperature using the sous vide method. The first batch of jars I did took over an hour to come up to the correct temperature because I started it off about 135F and started with cold jars and product. When I did the second batch, the water was already up to temperature, so I set my jars first in some warm water on the stove, then put them into the cooker. I did not use anything (cloth, rack) with the half-pints, figuring they wouldn't be jiggling around at that low of a temperature, and I was right. I was really glad to discover that I can use this crock pot for this purpose. I'd had to buy it at the last minute when my other method of cooking the Thanksgiving turkey failed on me and I had to cut it up and vac-seal it in bags to sous vide it. The cooker worked perfectly for that purpose as well. Another thing I really like about the sous vide function is that it does not use a lot of electricity. When I was cooking some beef at 135F, the killawatt showed it fluctuating between 279 and 280 watts. I'll be able to run it off my portable solar generator outside this summer! Why did I not give this five stars? One reason only: It's very difficult to see if the probe extends into the water when doing sous vide because the glass cover steams up before you can put your food in. I don't know if that's a function of the design or the glass used, but my other glass lids don't steam up that bad.

Great quality and makes good food easy to make
Great quality and makes good food easy to make. The sous vide feature is really nice to have and I end up using that more than the standard slow cooking functionality. The locking lid helps with the portability which has been handy. My only minor gripe is that I wish the timer was able to wrap around so that I could go from the default 1 hour down to 0 and wrap around to 30 hours (the max timer) instead of sitting there holding the button and getting to 30 hours in +15 minute increments.

Compré este producto hace un mes, casualmente dejo de funcionar al día siguiente del plazo de devolución. La uso como cocción lenta una vez a la semana y esta es la quinta vez que la quería usar, no calienta, no funciona. Pésima compra
