I recently purchased The Ultimate Wall Clock - 14" Atomic from Amazon and I am extremely happy with my purchase. This clock is truly the ultimate timepiece for any home or office. First of all, the clock is incredibly accurate thanks to its atomic timekeeping technology. It automatically sets itself to the correct time and adjusts for daylight saving time, so I never have to worry about manually changing the time or dealing with inaccuracies. The clock is also very easy to set up and use. It has a large, clear display that is easy to read from a distance, and the buttons on the back of the clock make it simple to adjust the settings and customize the display to my liking. In addition, the clock has a sleek and modern design that looks great in any room. The black and silver finish gives it a sophisticated look, and the large size makes it a statement piece on my wall. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with The Ultimate Wall Clock - 14" Atomic. It is accurate, easy to use, and looks fantastic in my home. I would highly recommend this clock to anyone in need of a reliable and stylish timepiece.

Initial impression: OUTSTANDING. The clock is prettier than the one it replaces, it has a radio time (which shows within 10 seconds of my employer's time-they must use the same radio!) with time zone and daylight saving time, clear number with even a sweeping second hand. Even the packaging is GREAT! it comes with a battery and two types of hooks to hang it from the wall and very clear WRITTEN instructions, manufacturer's 800 number and reassurances. Now it can just survive the North Dakota winters! Along with Amazon's fast shipping, this has been so far an OUTSTANDING experience!! Again, I hope this good-looking tool endures what it was bought to endure!! It's lesser predecessor lasted about three years but was not as nice as this clock

When I first received the item I found the first red flag sitting in the box, the warning label Amazon sellers tend to leave imploring customers to not return the item if they're having a problem. I purchased this clock specifically for it's "Automatically adjusts for daylight saving" claim as the description says but found pretty quickly that DST requires a switch to be physically flipped in order for it to offset for DST, so it's OBVIOUSLY not automatic DST. Additionally this clock was assembled improperly or the minute hand has moved during shipping. When resetting the clock it doesn't align it's hands to perfectly 12:00, the minute hand is several minutes fast, this is also reflected when it receives it's WWVB and attempts to sync, the time it sets is also several minutes fast. Even when following the instructions, I've given it 48 hours to hopefully finish syncing but again still the wrong time, I've even attempted to reset the clock a second time but it synced right back to the wrong time being several minutes fast again. I also used the MSET manual adjustment which I found to be a really painful process as it forces you to watch hands cycle nearly 12 full hours at a snails pace to get it to close to the actual time, the process took me about 5-10 minutes only for the clock 15 minutes later to receive it's WWVB signal and then set itself back to the incorrect time again. Extremely frustrating since there just isn't a way to disable the faulty WWVB/Atomic clock setting feature. Lastly I attempted to disassemble the clock and move the minute hand physically to the correct time and again this only solved the problem for about 15 minutes before the WWVB signal was detected and the clock again reverted back to the incorrect time. Had I received a functional clock this would have been an easy 4 star review since it still doesn't actually have automatic DST as the page claims, but instead I received this frustrating ewaste that just wastes my time and money and all of the effort it took everyone else to ship this trash to me so I can throw it away on their behalf. Don't gamble on this product, pick literally any other clock.

AFTER 5 YEARS These clocks were purchased at the end of 2018 and in July of 2024 (after 5 and a half years) one of the three cocks quit working. I changed out the battery and the clock began a reset mode, then stopped working altogether. During the last 5 years this clock has not always auto set because of its location in a metal sided building, but when set by a window it would update. The other two clocks are still working as they did 5 and half years ago. Every product line has failures, and I think for the price we paid, these were a great choice. AFTER 4 MONTHS: These are a great option for Churches, Schools, and places where a large clear, easy to use clock is needed. Why am I so happy with them? Let me explain: Our church had multiple clocks for people to know the time, but they did not always keep the same time, causing some to enter services later than they wanted. I Purchased digital clocks that advertised "easy to read" and "atomic" to make it easy for my church to see the time, and to guarantee that all clocks had the same time. Unfortunately the digital clocks did not all keep time together, and I quickly had "complaints" that people could not read the digital clocks at certain angles because of light reflections and LCD limitations. I bought three of these clocks to replace those Digital Clocks, and everyone is happy. They set automatically, keep accurate time, and are so easy to see at any angle. I no longer have to climb a ladder to reset the clock at Daylight Savings Time, because these are made to set themselves. PLEASE NOTE: Clocks will set automatically when a DST switch is set on the back of the clock. When one of the three clocks we purchased did not set (user error - DST switch was off) Customer service was quick (less than 3 hours) to respond to my concern and offered an immediate solution. I would definately buy another Ultimate Wall Clock.

Almost perfect, an auto back lighted clock when it becomes dark outside would make this clock perfect. I use this outside near our pool. Very easy to read the dial from anywhere in our back yard. A great deal during the prime event, which made it a no brainer. I recommend this clock!

Disclaimer: This is one of those, "I just got it, and it works great!" reviews. That said... I must admit, I was somewhat hesitant to purchase due to a number of negative reviews, saying things like, "It won't set to the correct time.", "It doesn't keep accurate time.", "It worked for a week, then quit.", etc. The clock looks very nice, is large (14" diameter) and easy-to-read from quite a distance. It comes completely assembled (except for one AA battery - included) and a single sheet of instructions (read and follow the instructions!). I found it stupid-simple to set up: set your Time Zone (I live in the Dallas (TX) area - Central Time Zone). ) and whether or not Daylight Saving Time is currently in effect. Then press the Reset button for a few seconds (causing the clock to initialize itself to 12:00:00), Then you carefully place the clock in its desired location and leave it alone. For the first 4 hours or so, the clock was completely "off". But after that, it apparently locked onto the WWV radio signal (the so-called "atomic" time-keeping feature) and set itself to the correct time. Thereafter, the clock appears to keep very accurate time (it re-syncs itself about once an hour, I think). I have the clock in my garage and as far as I can tell, it's quiet. It has a seconds sweep hand, and if it makes a "ticking" sound, I can't hear it (some folks dislike clocks that make an audible "ticking" sound). All in all, I'm very happy with this purchase and can definitely recommend it. I encountered none of the issues reported by some customers. Since it works fine, I can't comment on their Customer Service. Now, as for durability and longevity, time will tell (no pun intended). I'm very happy with the fact that this clock sets itself, syncs itself to the WWV broadcast, keeps accurate time, and automatically compensates for the changeover to/from Daylight Saving Time (woohoo - that's one less clock to set!).

This is an incredible clock for the money, and if you are a bit OCD about time keeping (I hate walking into different rooms that have unsynchronized clocks), this NIST ATOMIC clock is for you! As soon as I put the battery in, the clock hands start spinning -- a super cool thing, btw. A few minutes after selecting the time zone, the clock had automatically synched up with the federal NIST-1 cesium atomic clock. I placed the clock outdoors, in the patio area adjacent to our pool. It has been working great until this past weekend when this clock abruptly QUIT WORKING. Of course, this was only AFTER 80-90 mph winds ripped it from the wall and flung it across our lawn. Our patio was a wreck, and there my clock lay, with the battery in the pool, and about 20oz. of water having collected inside the clock, between the clock face and crystal. To make a long story short, I removed the crystal, emptied out the water, cleaned off the face and replaced the battery, only to find that the clock instantly began working and within 10 minutes had synched up to the correct time. The clock face is coated, so there isn't even visible water spots even though it was on the ground and waterlogged for days. I wish I had taken before and after pics! This clock is awesome!

Amazing customer service! We received the clock, sadly with broken glass! But, I just called the number that was on a paper in the package (instead of going through Amazon returns). A man answered the phone right away and sent out a replacement. This was just before Christmas - and it got to me in just about a day. I was really surprised at the amazing customer service, and the fact that there was a real human there to help me! And, the replacement clock was perfect. It's really a beautiful clock, looks sturdy, and I think should hold up outdoors for a long time. I highly recommend this seller!!
