I have a lot of digestive issues and am constantly trying different probiotics to see if they will make a difference. I liked that this one is only one capsule a day (some probiotics are multiple times a day, and I forget sometimes) and the capsule is fairly small, not some giant horse pill. I also liked that it advertised having digestive enzymes in addition to multiple bacterial strains. It seemed to help me when paired with my usual healthy diet, avoiding things I know make my GI unhappy (like fried foods), but when I did splurge I seemed to handle it better. The price was also good. I would buy again.

Initially saw a INFO-WEBINAR from a Doctor whose father had a massive heart attack and gist of much investigation was that he had "Fungus" inside his body, surrounding and smothering his heart. It started with TOENAIL FUNGUSP. The object of this Info Webinar was to sell their product for $60 per bottle. So, I bought it and it worked! I began to investigate Probiotics and have learned how important that they can be in our bodies for many different reasons. There re so many different strains that are needed ans specific to different conditions.This brand has all the "good" probiotics that were in the $60 per bottle I first tried. I can't afford $60 per bottle, but can't afford to ignore the problems either that can be caused by "Fungus." It can spread internally to every inch of the body.Some Probiotics are used for the treatment of "Dental, Gums and Teeth." Also, sinus, ears and noses. Those are included, too.The additional "bonuses" to me were with help with digestive issues, which I don't have issues with now, however, don't want any either. Also, a "good internal balance" in the "gut" (don't like that word) also controls so much more including the IMMUNE SYSTEM. I need a strong IMMUNE SYSTEM as I deal with people face to face, "mask to mask," every day. I do NOT want to get sick! Can't afford to get sick!!Also, These have additional benefits to women as they have strains that help with Urinary Issues and other "Female" problems.They are a really good, effective combination of Probiotic Strains, especially for the money. They definitely work, or do with my system in several "Measurable ways." I have been recommending them to everyone I knowThese are a much better VALUE for the money that most I have seen on-line or especially in comparison to the Probiotics they sell in the drugstores. I was diagnosed with BV in early July (2021) likely due to a previous antibiotic (amox-clav 875, I was over prescribed it). After my metronidazole treatment I still felt "wrong" but did not have as many side effects so I looked into high cfu probiotics. I took this one once (sometimes 2 to 4 times a day if I felt "off") until late October. It definitely helped with my symptoms and overall helped me with some digestive issues as well. I stopped taking it because well, I've been curious to see what will happen. So far 2 weeks off of it and I've still felt ok! I think these probiotics really helped me when I needed it, basically when I didn't have much "good" bacteria down there. If I notice any weird symptoms again I will continue taking them or if I go on another antibiotic for whatever reason, but so far I've been ok!These probiotics definitely helped my bv symptoms and made me feel better. They're relatively easy to swallow, they do have their own taste but its not awful, just a regular pill.I think these aren't necessary for daily use for myself, but maybe occasionally. I'll probably take a few at the end of my period since that's when I notice bv-ish symptoms. Otherwise, awesome probiotic!

Sometimes less is more. I did not realize that taking too strong a probiotic could cause body aches and gut/stomach pain. I found out the hard way. My sister mentioned that she and my niece both experienced the same issue and once they reduced their probiotics to 2 billion they felt better. I have been in agony for a long time. I never thought that taking a high dose probiotic would be a problem until I had 3 days without pain when I was not taking such a high dose. I have another low dose product that I had taken during those 3 days.This is probably a good product but for me, a lower dose would be better.
