These are a life saver while at work or running errands and can't sit with your heating pad all day! I was worried they weren't really going to do anything, but they actually get pretty warm and last for multiple hours. They're easy to use and they actually stick to your clothes. I wish they were a little cheaper, but they're still great

Bought these for help with endometriosis pain. They are NOT the same quality as name brand. The heat is actually painfully hot, not at all soothing. I learned the lesson…pay extra for reputable name brand product. The few dollars in savings is NOT worth it.

A little hot! Received a burn mark on her abdomen. Not serious, but painful . She needs to have more padding between pad and skin.

Son unos excelentes parches por que a mi hija le funcionarían muy bien por que a ella le da mucho dolor en su vientre cuando está con su periodo pero estos parches le aliviaron rápidamente el dolor y después de unas horas estaba muy bien sin dolor. Yo los recomiendo excelente producto.
