We recently bought this AED for our site, and it has already proved its worth. A customer suddenly collapsed, and our first aiders acted fast using the AED — it saved their life. Our team had no trouble operating it, and once it had been used, we simply replaced the pads and the machine reset itself automatically, ready for future use. We’re so thankful to have had this AED available when it was needed most. Hopefully, we’ll never have to use it again, but it’s reassuring to know it works exactly as it should. The customer service team also deserves praise — they were quick to respond and extremely supportive when helping us download and share the data with the hospital. Their guidance made the process simple and stress-free. Overall, this AED is a reliable, user-friendly, and essential piece of equipment that we would highly recommend to any workplace.

Item was well packaged and received promptly. This very much reflects German efficiency and you can see the product gave me confidence in its build quality if I ever have to use it in an emergency. But at least I have peace of mind. I completed the 1st AID training which covered the use of AED but confident that even a person without training could use this machine.

The delivery was longer than I thought but once arrived it was well packed, and all set up ready to go. easy to follow instructions, We hope we never need to use it but have peace of mind knowing its there if needed.

Both my wife and I have basic first aid training. We live in a rural area and often get a local heart stop alarm on our phones. The emergency services are really excellent and normally get to the location before we do. The day will come though when they don't. Having our own defibrillator gives us a real chance to make a difference should we be first on the scene. It gives great peace of mind to have it.
