A great laptop.
A great 14" laptop. It works well.

Returning
It’s going back because the fan is running really loud and hot and I think something may be wrong with this computer. Even as I’m doing the factory reset it’s making clicking and popping sounds. Disappointing for the high price tag and feels really cheap/plasticy. The main attraction of this computer over a $500 computer is that it can play games so this is marketed as a gaming computer, but I purchased Minecraft and it doesn’t even support that. There’s no reason for me to keep and I have a lower price point 2019 hp laptop that works much better. The only advantage to this computer is that it’s touch screen and convertible whereas my 2019 hp is not. I’m going to try a lower price point convertible hp laptop and if I have the same issues I’ll stick with the computer I have.

We got this to use for my daughters first year in college, as a business major. Its compact, user friendly, she really likes the performance. I am a professional PC technician, looked long and hard at different computers, for the price, and what it offers, we are both happy with the purchase!

Bought this for my son -- newly commissioned Marine officer
I bought this as a replacement laptop for my son to complete his TBS training. He really likes the size and abilities of this laptop. This is our 3rd laptop purchase in the HP brand and we are really pleased with its overall features and durability.

Used only for 2 days..disappointing
It gets very hot after only few minutes of normal use..the screen brightness and resolution not very good even at maximum settings
