LOVE this gym!!! I'm a 65 yo female and it is perfect for me! Easy to change weights - just pull the pin and reposition! It fits great in a small space and my husband and I assembled it quickly and easily! The entire thing is well build and the pulleys glide smoothly and quietly. It does everything I need and was a great price on sale. I had bought a few accessories but I expected that.

The way the front poles are designed don't allow for them to swivel from side to side. The Gym is "almost nice" What I mean by that is my gym arrived. But was missing a floor plate. It strengthens and stabilizes the front pulley rods. (The ones that don't swivel) I called support several times now but have yet to see the missing floor plate. I'm tired of contacting support on this matter. So I'm writing my review on the gym. It's not complete. Good support is going to be integral for this purchase. There are other crossover machines for half the price but I wanted This one! Maybe I can go to a welder or a home Depot to find something to stabilize my gym once and for all. Doesn't seem like anyone at support cares to help fulfill my purchase order. Update: woo-hoo! I received the missing foot plate! I put it on, tightened up the rest of the nuts & bolts. Thank you Centr 1 support. This ol' Vet is a happy camper. ( Not the doggie type- Government Issue -

We love this home gym! My high school kids and myself use it daily. Very easy and convenient to use. I also found it fairly simple to assemble if you have any kind of mechanical experience. Overall this is a great system to hit all the muscle group.

Amazing addition to my home gym. I have been wanting a cable machine at home for the longest time. This machine was the most reasonably priced, solid piece of equipment for a home gym. Absolutely love this addition!

I encourage you to watch the YouTube assembly video before starting assembly. I didn't realize there was one and made it hard on myself. A small step ladder is helpful for the pull-up frame/bar, but assembly can be done with one individual if done carefully. As for the product, I'm still learning all the different exercises that can be done with this trainer. My only problem is I wish I had purchased sooner!!! Love it!! Highly recommended!!!

Bought this on Walmart, this thing has nowhere near the range of motion as shown in the videos. Every movement the weight stack slams to the top before you complete the rep.

After 6 months of use, I can say I'm in love with the Centr Home Gym Functional Trainer. I did a lot of research on these systems and decided on this one. So glad I did. Very well priced, it provides literally hundreds of exercises in one matching. I especially like the added bar that creates a hack squat system for squats and lunches in additional to flat, incline & decline bench press. All in all a great machine for your home gym.

Home gym is great! However getting it delivered was a joke. Had to drive to the trucking warehouse to pick up because they don’t deliver to a residents. Would not have been a problem it told that from the beginning if I hadn’t reached out the the carrier myself it was going to be shipped back to the company in California.
