I have a few dwarf citrus varieties—lemon, lime, and a young satsuma—and these spikes have made a noticeable difference in growth, foliage health, and fruit production.What I really love about this product is the convenience. I've used these fertilizer spikes for years now and recommend them to friends & family. The spikes are simple to use and far more convenient than granular or liquid fertilizers. One simply drives the spike into the ground near a tree using the included plastic cap. The spike slowly dissolves providing time-release nutrients to the tree.Best of all, the results are stunning! Tree leaves are healthy, the trees achieve good growth, and fruit production is dramatically improved.

The 12 fertilizer stakes were fine (I hope!), but they only give you 2 plastic end caps to fit over the stakes so you can hammer the stakes into the ground. Both of my plastic end caps broke the first time I used them and then I had to hammer the fertilizer stakes using the broken caps. My previous purchases have included one plastic end cap for each stake. I'm guessing the company chose to cut costs to make a bigger profit.

We’ve been using these twice a year on our many holly and magnolia trees, and wow has it helped! The landscaping we planted new 5 years ago is lush, healthy and established. It’s like a jungle! Privacy was our main goal since we live next to a park. Now we are at a point we don’t use them as much, only on a couple of the trees that have struggled due to damage from ice storms, etc. if you’re consistent with this you will see results!
