I had an issue with a chair I had purchased in AUGUST 2024. The wheel base was splitting. I did submit a claim but was referred to the manufacturer first incase they had warranty. There I was told a new base would be shipped to me and it would take about 1 month. After waiting almost 2 months, I contacted Asurion again explain everything to them. They refunded me price of chair immediately. Thank you so much.

Excellent customer service, although I had to do some stuff on my own but definitely they take care of your insurance the right way. I suggest getting insurance for everything you can!

Usually, I use these things if something goes wrong with my purchase. Because it's a guest bed, and guest did not arrived, yet I really don't know why would I contact the insurer ...?

I needed a commode after I had knee surgery. After many months of use, the padding on the drop down arm rests ripped and were becoming unattached. This was the exact commode I used at rehab so I purchased the same one. Even at rehab, the same thing happened is why I ordered insurance. I'm glad I did because they refunded my entire purchase price with Amazon gift card credit. I'm definitely very pleased with the service and guarantee.
