I ordered this to use as an additive for home made hot sauces. And it's perfect for that.Do understand, this is real Carolina reaper. You don't want to be anywhere near moving air when you dish this out, because you will effectively mace yourself.Use eye/face protection when working with this.Once nice thing though is because this is so potent, the value is good. This bottle will last you a long time if you use it responsibly. It's a fair size, tooI've even started adding it to commercial sauces that don't quite meet the standard for intensity that I was expecting.Just for fun I even added it to a bottle of Tabasco just to see what nuclear Tabasco would be like.It was as you would expect. LolAnyway, if you are buying this as an ingredient as opposed to a go to food enhancer, you will not be disappointed.If you are buying this to use in place of hot sauce.... May the odds be in your favor.Because this on it's own this powder will handily ruin any meal you sprinkle it carelessly on to.

Good proper carolina reaper level heat, it's missing the fruity taste of the real pepper obviously because it's in powder form, but still great addition to your cooking if you want to add a little kick, or to add if you don't want to share your food with non-spicy lover.The heat doesn't linger as long as I expected, but this is best bang for your buck if you looking for quick heat.
