Broken after 2 month
I had high expectations from a Japanese brand like HITACHI, but I am extremely disappointed with this water dispenser. After just two months of use, it stopped cooling water entirely! I expected much better quality from a brand with such a reputation. Unfortunately, this product has been a major letdown, and I would not recommend it to others. Very dissatisfied with this purchase.

No repairs
With in 3 months its cooler is not working I ask them to come and repair they refuse to come ask us to bring the stuff to repairing centre I am very disappointed with this stuf

Upset with the product
Pathetic product and Service. The hot water section started leaking when contacted to the service center of Hitachi they said they do notCome to home ….a brand like hitachi !!!!! Absurd!!!

Water tastes gas or metallic
After more than 3 months of use. The cold water started to taste like gas or metal.
