Don't let it pond
This product is easy to apply with a standard pump sprayer. Be careful not to let it pond or accumulate at all. If you do, these areas will be noticeable. Just spread any accumulation out with a broom. I applied at night to prevent drying too quickly. I did darken my concrete a little, but it is a uniform shade so you don't really notice when it is all done. If possible, try not to walk through wet spots as I transferred a few shoe prints to my side walk that I did the next day. When the side walk gets wet, you can see my shoe print.

good value
Was very easy to apply with simple garden sprayer. Coverage was as explained on the container. Water really beads up now and bird droppings do not stain. We'll see how long it lasts.

works great!
Amazing product, use on my concrete barn walls, and it repels ALL of the water.

Works as advertised for the most part...
I saw some reviews saying this doesn't work. So, I made sure to follow the instructions as closely as possible. I had purchased about 30 18"x18" concrete pavers from Home Depot for a patio extension project. These pavers are only $5 each, weight 45 lbs, and are quite porous. I put plastic sheets on the garage floor to make sure I didn't get any of this on it. I made sure to shake the container vigorously before pouring out any into a shallow and wide container so I could try using a 4" roller and still use a 3" brush. These pavers would soak this stuff up very quickly, so I had to be quick with spreading it out. The roller was great with this. I didn't try a sprayer because I was concerned with too much overspray.Out of the 30 or so pavers all but about 4 repelled the water as advertised. Unfortunately, I didn't track the ones I used the roller vs the brush. I did get more penetration with the brush because it was taking me longer to spread it out across the surface. All in all it works as advertised.

water sealer
great stuff

Poor quality concrete sealer.
I purchased this product to seal my concrete floor. I found that this product appeared diluted and very thin in consistency. One gallon wasn’t enough to finish so I purchased Sakrete concrete sealer from Lowes for about the same price. The Sacrete brand had a much substantial consistency and had a superior finish.I would not recommend this product. Poor quality.
