Extremely Useful, Relevant
This book has some life changing information inside, that if put to use, can really transform you into a healthy, happy individual in ways you never thought possible. Not only does Dimple provide tips on living a better life, she shares some of the secrets of Ayurveda and the scientific reasoning behind many of the solutions. The book is an easy read, but full of information that you'll want to refer to in the future. For example, she's included an Ayurvedic food combing chart that is great to have on hand to aid in improving one's diet for better health and vitality. I was drawn to her book after watching her videos on YouTube, where she also shares a wealth of Ayurvedic and lifestyle information. I'll be rereading this book on occasion and keeping it hand as a reference.

What modern science doesn't tell you!
I read about ayurveda as it relates to other parts of life rather than food. However, this book really highlights how certain combinations of foods could be toxic to our bodies and doing a disservice. In reading this book, I do believe modern science and ayurveda can & should co-exist. This is a great book for anyone who wants to balance their bodies and feel better from inside out.

Everyone should read this book
I’ve found so much inspiration and helpful information from this book. I’m so grateful Dr. Dimple has shared her story to help others. I know it’s already helped me and will continue. I think the world needs more of people like Dr. Dimple and her desire to help make the world a better place.

Give it a try. It will change your life.
I found this book in my library and checked amazon, looking to buy a copy. Many have commented that there’s too much of her personal story and not enough Ayurveda details. I agree, but that’s not actually a bad thing! By sharing her journey, she brings ayurveda from the theoretical to the practical, making its purpose and value more apparent and relevant to us.For more serious practitioners there are other books to get you in the in-depth information you crave.This one, will convince you it’s worth trying and invites you to save yourself, just like she did, with proper processes, one day at a time.Thank you Dimple.

Healing and ...
When I bought this book from Amazon. In Crossword, in Mumbai, one can check the book and then decide. But I decided to buy looking at the cover – Heal your gut ….. I looked for the ‘5 Steps to reset your Health with Ayur Veda and Food Chemistry. I could find these Five Steps!!!!.There are a lot of mishmash of Yoga, Tantra, Ayurveda, Constipation etc. There is no depth in any of the topics.I looked for reference, so that I would learn about Chakra. In page 17, there is refence, but they have nothing about Chakra. One page on in intermitting fasting without the process and the benefits. How this author couldn’t find references for Ayurveda papers or books.If you want to understand gut, mind or emotions you should look for another better book.This book by Dimple Jangda is trash.CR. Not as I expected
As a layman, I wish this book was more structured in explaining Ayurveda. I was frequently distracted by the Author’s personal experiences and stories, I wish there was less of it.
