Kirkland Signature Walkers Premium Shortbread Selection Gift Tin, 4.6 Pound, Packaging May Vary

A buy these regularly from Amazon. Also, my niece buys them and sends them to me.

Best shortbread after homemade.

I have ordered these last year and twice this year. Many of the round cookies are always broken; the others are not. The finger cookies have far more sugar than the other two variety of cookies. The round cookies are far more broken and I am unsure as to why. A few of the triangle cookies have cracked; none the less they are very tasty. One review wrote that the taste with Kirkland is different than the ones direct from Scotland and this is true. The finger cookies are the most changed; and the Kirkland brand is better and far more sugar is involved! These are not broken, on the several times I've ordered them thru this site. I will continue to order these cookies; I'm afraid I am too greedy as the last bunch I ordered I gave at least half a way; due to my weight gain of eating the last entire batch of Kirkland shortbread cookies from Walkers! I will probably order them again at Christmas and eat some and give the rest away. Hopefully I will loose the ten pounds I've gained since ordering the last batch! They are so good and my will power is low. I'm laughing; I've no history of diabetes and had lost a great deal of weight last year, actually was quite thin. So I need to lose ten to 12 pounds so I can get into my small clothes again and will do so by NOT ordering again until Christmas and I will give many away. They will make great Christmas present to friends, colleagues.

I read a lot of reviews that stated the canister was dented and the cookies weren't intact. The canister arrived and was not dented ( whew) , but the cookies had crumbled- so I grabbed a spoon! Just kidding, they were all pretty much just split in half. They are shortbread, delicate and delicious Walker cookies. There were not a gift so I didn't care. They are wonderful with tea crumbled or not!

I love Walkers shortbread from back when we lived in Scotland, so I always buy a few packs for Christmas. I was sorting through Amazon, trying to find the best buy and stumbled across this huge tin!! When it arrived there were no dents in the tin. I opened it just to check and there were a few cracked in one or two of the individual packs, but not smashed (understandable for such a big tin of biscuits that has to make its way across an ocean and the USA). I did make sure to order them from "in stock" next day (4-8 am) so they'd be last on and first off of the delivery van and not have to bump all over town all day. A very good deal.In the photo is an older tin (different brand) that is usually the size I get for just a little cheaper. In the Amazon photo is the exact pkg. of Walkers except all in Spanish. The one I ordered came all in English, which was perfect.

We all know Walkers makes the best shortbread, so there’s no question that the cookies are delicious. I’m glad I ordered a “trial” box (in the tin) rather than waiting until closer to Christmas. (I had been thinking of giving them as a gift.) I won’t be ordering more for presents, but I am secretly happy that because of the few broken cookies, I will have to just eat them myself!

Shortbread cookies almost all broken. Top layer of rectangular cookies were ok, but not the rest. I want a good tin box full of cookies I love.Linda

These are so, so yummy! They are fresh and made with real butter! This is a very big tin with three layers but each layer is wrapped so that the shortbread doesn't go stale...as if they'd last long enough to go stale anyway! The cookies are big enough to stop at one but they are so good, I like to eat two at a time with a cup of tea or coffee.
