It's very adhesive, difficult to reposition.
Adherses very well, peel backing a little at a time. Use a squeegee and / or credit card to apply evenly to reduce air pockets / bubbles. It is a bit thin so it's possible for the adhesive sides to want to come together and its so sticky it doesn't separate easily. It reflects light like road side signage. It's not very flexible. So it's best for primarily flat surfaces.

Don't buy
rolled too tight, had crinkles in the vinyl. Didn't stick well. Being reflective I used this on my vehicle's glass, it was peeling off in multiple spots the very next day. I'm going to have to scrape if off and use something else.

Pretty awesome looking
I bought this reflective orange vinyl to make some safety signs for my workplace, but let's be real, I mostly just used it to make a neon orange jumpsuit and declare myself the 'Safety Sultan.' Now, I'm not saying it's the most practical use of the material, but I am saying I've never felt more visible (or fabulous) in my life. If you need to make some actual safety signs, I'm sure this stuff is great for that too. But if you want to become a human traffic cone, this is the vinyl for you! Kidding, obviously. In reality, it is really cool looking regardless of your intended project. It appears to be glowing in direct light. Sticks well. Wasn't hard to weed. Does tear somewhat easily, but that's normal for all reflectives in my experience.

Really pops on the sign I'm making
This reflective vinyl is VERY pretty. It weeds easy and looks great. I did have some creasing but was able to smooth it out but I've dropped a star because of it. In comparison to a different brand of reflective vinyl I'm using, this is thinner and easier to weed. The other brand I'm using is hard to cut and weed because of it's thickness and it's also stretchy.
