We have tried numerous kabob makers and this turned out to be the easiest one to use. It’s great quality and easy to clean. The meat does not stick to the outside and it’s worth every penny. It’s easy to store and perfect length for Persian kabobs.

Good tool for making Koobideh . But there is a learning curve so keep practicing.

I wish they would add instruction with this item. it's very hard to figure out. I will update if anything changes.

We were so excited to use these, but the meet would fall off from the pressed kebab and in the end we used our hands to form kebabs.

Really liked it! Heavy duty device!For a better outcome not to have very thin kebabs don’t apply the pressure all the way down.

Works pretty well and the kebabs look great. I weigh about 0.3lb per skewer and it’s the mold pretty well
