Ive never been a great sleeper. I've always been able to fall asleep, but not stay asleep. This supplement has definately helped me get more restful sleep, for a longer period of time. I usually still never sleep through a whole night, but everything counts. I'm on my 2nd bottle and it's a keeper for me. I take it every single night. I'm thinking about leaving a few by my bed so I can take one when I wake up in the middle of the night, and see if I fall asleep faster. I tried taking 2 at once before bedtime, but did not see a difference when I tried that. I think it's a great product and I haven't noticed any bad side effects such as intense dreams or counter affect of not sleeping the next night like what happens with nightime pm meds.

Best over the counter sleep aid I’ve ever taken. It gently nudges me over the edge and I wake up refreshed.

Took this for a while in an attempt to help with sleep issues. Did not give ideal results.

I slept worst with this product. I woke during the night and couldn't get back to sleep. my body ached. I tried it again a couple of nights later & got the same results

This product performs as advertised without melatonin and side affects .

I find this product very helpful with my sleeping & don’t wake up with a residual effect. I do recommend taking it two hours prior to retiring for the night. That is my experience so I don’t have to wait too long to fall asleep. I imagine everyone might react differently. I recommend it.
