Good solid training device
I originally gave this about a 50/50 chance of being useful or a pricy piece of junk. Thankfully, after the first week or so of use it seems to be falling in the useful category. There are separate adjustments for inhaling and exhaling and getting this green Trainer model seems to be the right pick for me. I climb mountains every weekend and with both settings near their lowest it's providing plenty enough resistance for me. Very easy to use and adjust. Time will tell how much real benefit is actually derived but I feel like it's starting to help improve lung capacity and breathing.
