I purchased flex nitro tiles for my garage floor. This product was recommended for the maintenance and care of the tiles. When the flooring starts to get light marks or water stains, I clean the floor and then finish it off with Armstrong. The results really bring out a nice shine and conceal any light scratches. I am happy with the results and will continue to use this to rejuvenate the garage flooring as needed.

It makes my 20 year old no wax floor look like new! And, it holds up well.

I bought this for my 1 year old OFF-WHITE no-wax floor, especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. I have a woodstove, and a very thin layer of ash would get into the pores, especially in high-traffic areas. This would require my need to damp-mop the floor daily and washing every 10 days with a steam cleaner, needless to say, exhausting. Before applying the wax, I deep cleaned the floor with a soft brush and a 1:1 mixture of ammonia and water to remove and deep ground in dirt, and then went over the entire floor with a steam cleaner. I then applied 2 coats of wax as per directions. The floor looked better than when it was new, and all the little pores were nicely sealed under the shine! This allowed me to only have to vaccuum daily-the thin ash layer stayed out of the floors ,and they stayed looking clean as if I had just washed them for 3 weeks, only needing to spot clean if something spilled. So now I steam clean every three weeks or so, and reapply the wax as needed. In 2 months, I have reapplied the wax only once, and only a thin coat was needed-maybe a little more in the high traffic areas. It does not appear to have builup as some other products do, but time will tell. It does dissolve fairly easily with ammonia and a soft brush. GREAT product, highly recommended!

I have vinyl flooring that has had a rough life. A lot of traffic, especially the last 7 months, due to renovations in my home. Prior to that I was dealing with health issues and mopping was not a priority. I cleaned the floor first with the Armstrong Once and Done. This really cleaned the floor but left it a little dull. I ordered the Armstrong Shine keeped and applied it as directed with 2 coats. The floor looks almost like new. Much better than I expected. I thought it was a lttle expensive but the outcome was worth the price. I only gave 3 stars for longevity because it hasn't been down that long. We will see if it lasts about 3 months. Right now, I would definitely recommend this product.

We use this on our kitchen & laundry linoleum tile floors. The kitchen is obviously a high-traffic area. This product holds up well and and gives us a nice, even shine. We've used other products like this that made the floor look worse - mostly uneven and splotchy - so we were happy to find this product that actually delivers on its promises.

I bought this for my dull vinyl floor. First coating is good but not quite. After a week, I apply again..oh boy, it's shinny alright. The third week, I apply again oh gosh, my floor look like you use that proffessional floor polisher equipment. It is very shinny. I loved it. My floor look very nice now. This really brings out the life of your old dull vinyl floor. Here's how I apply mine. I vacumm and bleached my floor using the rough side of the sponge. The bleach is strong it hurt my eyes. I have gloves on, perhaps nexttime I use goggles too. Well anyway, I rinse my floor with a mop. When it's fully dry, I pour armstrong polish on a soft sponge and apply it directly onto the floor. Do not step on the area where you have apply it. Wait for a couple of hours until it is fully dry. Touch it if it is dry. It is sticky if it is wet. This really does an amazing job. I love love it. Go get it. I'm sure you will be pleased too.

Application was easy. I used a little at a time so that the sheen would be even. I will buy this product again.

This will dramatically change the look and feel of your vinyl floors and in my case that was a good thing. I put in Armstrong vinyl plank all throughout the main floor of my new house. Even though I had seen a sample in person, you really just can't tell what it will look and feel like under bare feet until it's installed in an entire room. I was feeling a bit of buyer's remorse because the floor looked great, but under foot it just didn't feel right. I finally decided that it needed a sort of glaze and purchased this. I've done 2 coats (3 in high traffic areas) and I'm very happy. The floors actually look more like real hardwood floors and have a less plastic feel to the touch. It feels like the shiny glaze over hardwood. I'm now significantly more happy with my floors, and this was a lot less expensive solution than the alternative.
