Flesch 3/4-4/4 Violin Chinrest - Ebony with Standard Bracket

I was most happy about the fact that the arch is very high and it fits over the tailpiece nicely. Some do not. The chinrest is quite large (almost too large) and allows for all sorts of adjustments with the shoulder rest to achieve a perfect fit. It is also symmetrical so it will work with a left or right handed instrument.

When I first got my violin it had a Guarneri-style chinrest, which didn't feel good at all against my jaw (I'm pretty bony). I replaced it with one of these Flesch-style chinrests, and that felt much better. Now a couple years later, I'm ordering my second to put on another violin. The bump in the middle helps me stay centered, which I like, but there's also a flat version that's probably very similar:  Flat Flesch 4/4 Violin Chinrest - Ebony with Standard Bracket

I need a center positioned chinrest and bought this one. It works.
