These are good quality dumbbells and I can easily grip them to do basic exercises at home. I use them to do basic pilates exercises and they're quite effective. I am just getting back into doing weights so I found them a little heavy - which means that they're just enough of a challenge to really help me get stronger. I think they're easy to store - I actually kept them in the box that they arrived in.

They give you a firm grip and are easy to use. The ends are excellent for placing on the floor and doing press ups and planks.
