With online spices, you never know how fresh it's going to be. This is fantastic. It has not been sitting around; the flavor is great, the spiciness is great, and I put it on all kinds of stuff! The level of heat is perfect to sprinkle on. You can get a big kick of heat if you want, or keep it mellower, but it will always have a bit of bite. It's a big package, so you want to use it frequently, but I am really happy with the quality of this product.

This product was very fresh, has a great taste… I am from Texas, and I thought our chili was the best… I’m afraid not. I intend to continue buying this Kashmiri chili. I also put it on my buffalo wings, makes a great kick of heat.

Very nice Kashmiri chili powder. Deep red with a deep warmth, not too spicy but definitely there. Lovely stuff.

This chili powder has a very fragrant and unique flavour. It arrived on time and the resealable air tight package is great. Only thing to be aware of is that is a not a mild chili powder. Of course everyone's tolerance for heat is different and it is chili powder after all. I would rate this as medium spicy. Only suggestion would be to use maybe one-third less than the recipe requires if you want it milder. Other than that I am very satisfied.

Great flavor with a little bit of heat.I use it for Butter Chicken and Chicken Korma.

This Kashmiri chile adds a lovely depth of flavor and heat to my favorite Chana Masala and Aloo Gobi recipes.

Ooh this is the good stuff. Add it to your usual recipes which call for chili to get an extra depth of flavor. I especially like to use it in salsa and hot sauce.
