uniball 207 Plus+ Retractable Gel Pens, Micro Point (0.5mm), Black, 12 Pack

Am I the only person who has this problem, or is it like the mysery of the disappearing socks? I buy boxes and boxes of pens, and whenever I find a pen out of place, I put it back in the pen spot, but I can never seem to find one of these pens when I need one! So then I buy more boxes of pens, in the theory that eventually I'll reach the pen event horizon, where there is always a pen available when the time comes. That day has yet to come. However, these pens are worth buying by the boxful, because they are really good. Dark, smooth-flowing ink, and in theory they leave very durable marks that are hard to wash off of checks (because I guess paper check fraud is still weirdly a thing in our otherwise highly digitized society).

Great pens, satisfyingly dark ink. They last for a long time. Good value for the money!

These are the smoothest and best writing pens I have used. I like the micro because if I use the medium point (0.7), my writing is so bad, I can’t read it, lol. And I have had someone steal money from washing a check and these are the best to try and stop this from happening again. I think we should write checks in red or because that is the hardest color to duplicate. Anyhow, I recommend, HIGHLY!!!

I was excited to get these Uniball Plus+ pens, and it writes great, way smoother than the old non-Plus+ pens, BUT these 0.5mm Plus+ pens write just as big at the non-Plus+ 0.7mm pens— and write even bigger than the .7mm if you write slowly. These Plus+ pens do smudge way less, but bleed more somehow. So if you need the thinner writing, go with the non-Plus+.

Box only came with 11, but nonetheless, the pens write very well. I love the ink flow, and the darkness of the .5mm and I like the fine print of the .38mm. Still unsure which I prefer depends how I am writing or what I am writing I guess. Both pens are nice to hold, and the ink reminds me a lot of my micron pens. Which might be why i do like them more than I should. They are my go to comfort pens, for quick notes, journaling, bullet journal and whatever else. I have a hard time finding the .5mm in stores, and I have never seen the .38m in any of the stores I go to regularly. So it was nice to find them on sale. Thank You.

These are smooth and dark black. They last a long time. 0.5 is a nice size without being too small or large. If you like a bolder line, you could try one size up. That said, I would recommend buying the 2 pack at a local store before going all in on a big pack. To help you understand where these slot into the pen landscape, I think the ink refills in these Uniball 207 plus+ are significantly better than Pilot G2, which is the obvious competitor. I also prefer these to the Energel refill, but that's a closer comparison and they are not as far apart.

I am an admitted pen nut. I have more pens than any ten people should! When I put pen to paper, and it doesn't write, it goes in the garbage. More than that, it must not skip, write inconsistently, or not feel good to hold. This pen, as unsuspecting as it looks, is the best writing pen (including Cross pens) that I've ever used. I have several and have given them to my friends, who I know appreciate a great writing pen.

I found these pens didn’t flow well at all which was surprising for the cost which leads me to believe they are likely a knock off version

These pens are really good essay writing, it just glides on paper easily, saves you a lot of time especially in the HSC and other exams
