As pictured. Getting back into lifting and the concept is good.Only note: I wish there were about 5 more exercise spaces per sheet, because some days of lifting I have more than 9 exercises. It is shown in the pictures that there are only 9, so I don't think I can take away a star for that... its my fault for not noticing.

Keeping track
Just started weight and football training for my teenage son. This is structured and organized enough to track performance, progress and goals without being rigid. Only has 9 exercise and 1 cardio line per page, so we do occasionally have to improvise but that's minor. Cover is rigid and it includes bookmarks and band closure so it's something you can throw in a gym bag.
