This book is an EXCELLENT resource for the Praxis and beyond. This book summarizes your entire graduate degree perfectly. However, the test reviews at the end of the chapters and book are amazing. The electronic access to the tests give you really accurate numbers on your potential Praxis score. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I've found the most beneficial part of this book to be the online resources. Not only is the book a great, comprehensive text full of quality information, but it also comes with online access to various flashcards, tests, and tutorials. It also offers a question of the day, which is a quick and simple way to ensure ongoing practice of knowledge. Within the book, there is also a breakdown summary of each chapter as well as chapter questions as a review test. The flashcards for each chapter are also a great way to review while saving the time of having to create your own flashcards. There is up to 11 full-length practice Praxis exams that you are able to take. These simulate a real exam experience as you are allowed up to two and a half hours to complete. They are followed by a complete breakdown of scoring and review of incorrect questions. Overall a really beneficial book to help with study success!

This book should be bought new because the best part of this book was the online tests to use as review for the Praxis.Between the practice tests and use of SLPtestprep online, I passed the praxis on the first try! I was originally planning on selling this book after the test, but find that the summaries of different aspects of practice to be very useful. I know the book is expensive, but it is very worth it!

This book has been my lifeline for studying for the SLP praxis. My favorite part about this book is that it comes with an online code. The online code includes flashcards for each topic and bunch of tests. My favorite way to study is to first read and take notes on the chapter, then answer the questions in the physical book at the end of the chapter. These questions have an explanation for the correct answer which is helpful. After that, I like to review the flashcards online and take the topic's 25 questions test online. My university also has a comprehensive exam, so this book is helping me study for both the praxis and my comprehensive exam at the same.
