I had the same pot and lasted 7 years of use. I decided to get the same. The product is perfect as it was. I removed one star for Amazon which put the order to be delivered via royal mail and messed up with my delivery until I receive it

The item was defective every time we would plug it in, electricity stopped for the whole apartment. I asked an electrician to come and see and advices that the item was defective and that I should not use it otherwise could damage the electricity of the whole unit. That it is not my fault it’s clearly a manufacturing problem, nevertheless they just closed my request to return the item! Unacceptable and unfair! Complete waste of money! Please think second time before you buy this item!
