Q: Can I order replacement parts for this?

No, you can’t. If your interested in buying the lamp don’t! The shade elastic / velcro doesn’t stay together.

Q: Can you use a different standard lampshade?

The shade is removable. As long as you have another shade with the same standard ring attachment size, you can use any shade. The inside dimension of the shade attachment around a 2" diameter.

Q: Could a toddler push this over easily?

I have this lamp. Yes, I would say that a toddler could easily push/pull this lamp over. It is stable on its own but it does have a high center of gravity.

Q: I have a different lampshade I want to use with just this lampstand. Is this possible and will it be easy to fit my other lampshade on there?

Another lamp shade will work. Just make sure that the opening of the mid ring, is wide enough to fit a standard bulb housing and you should be good.
