Excellent mascara! Doesn't flake, no raccoon eyes. I’ve always used tubing mascara for the ease of taking off. This brand you need a little more effort than just a rinse and fingers, I use a gentle cloth to remove. The price is super affordable for such good quality and long lasting wear!

I have wanted to try tubing mascara for a while and I really like this mascara. I’ve been wearing for about 2 weeks and it still doesn’t clump and flaking is almost nonexistent. I have only noticed one or two flakes at the very end of my day. Applying the mascara is a breeze and the texture is creamy. I dry my lashes with a small fan to avoid getting it on my eyelids. Once it is set, I’m good to go. It really does coat each lash and does a great job lengthening. Removal is a little dicey for me. It says warm water is all you need. I use my warm, wet fingertips and grip along my lash line and gently pull up. I panicked because my finger was covered in tubes and I thought my lashes had pulled out. That of course did not happen. I’ve only had a couple of lashes come out, since I started using it and it’s natural to lose an eyelash sometimes. I use face wipes to clean my face so I also use those on my lashes. This mascara is only $4.99 and even less if you subscribe, which I plan to do. Both picks have eyeliner, the only change is the mascara.

This is, without a doubt, the best tubing mascara I’ve ever used. I was paying a fortune for big name brands and this just works better. I can take my lashes to impossible lengths and there’s no clumping, no spidery look, just amazing lashes.

This is a good mascara, especially for the price. Brown mascara is not that easy to find, and I have fair skin so true black mascara is too harsh looking on me. It does not clump very much, but I am pretty much a minimalist and like the Maybelline mascara in the pink tube, which you can also find in brown, better. That's a personal preference, and this is a very good mascara, again, especially for the price. It does lengthen and add volume to lashes.

This mascara I’ve been using for a lil bit now and honestly it’s my holy grail now Lolll The mascara even after using it day after day still has lots of product! It stays on all day with no smudging and never comes off during the day. It’s definitely worth your money and is better than more expensive mascaras I’ve bought previously :)))

You know, I really love me a good deal and I really hate paying an arm and a leg for...well, anything. So, I'm always after "cheap" beauty products...that won't just be a disappointment. I've recently tried a couple of the Essence mascaras, since it seemed like they were touted as some kind of mind-blowing budget mascara, and that kind of thing is right up my alley! After trying 2 so far, this one and another one, I feel roughly the same way about both of them: they're not the best, but they're certainly not the worst. Basically, they didn't "wow" me. I don't know if all the raving reviews had my expectations up too high or what, but I just wasn't as impressed as some others seem to be with them. And that's fine, to each, their own. Like I said, they're not awful, they'll certainly do the job, but I know I have used other "bargain" mascaras about the same price or cheaper that, while also not "the best," I found them to be better than these, unfortunately. Granted, that's my opinion for me. You may really like them and think I don't know what I'm talking about. Give 'em a try and see. Afterall, they're not going to break the bank, and at worst, they are still an acceptable product you can use to darken your lashes (just don't expect sky high length or wicked thick volume and you'll be good)! At best, you may love them! I don't think that I, personally, will be trying any more of them.

I’ve been using this mascara for about a month now and not only did I have to come write a review but I’m willing to post a creepy close up of my eye on the internet because this mascara is literally the best ever. I’ll start by saying I’ve struggled with lashes all my life. I feel like my lashes need the umph of mascara but I have very flat, spaced-out lashes so mascara often just winds up accentuating the things I dislike about my lashes in the first place. I spent years getting lash extensions because of this, and was left with even flatter, thinner lashes as a result. I’ve tried to figure out what it is that makes this mascara so different from any mascara I’ve ever used and I think it’s a few things: 1. The price point!!! For $5? Give it a try. I’d pay top dollar for this. 2. The color is fab. I’ve always been more of a brown eye make up girl and it’s tough to find a good brown mascara. This one looks very natural but isn’t too light. I have to imagine the black would be just as great if that’s the color you prefer. 3. The “pliability”? This mascara holds shape without looking clunky. If you have flat lashes or lashes that grow in a weird direction, you can literally mold them into place with this brush and they will stay put all day. It’s mind boggling. 4. The fluffiness. This is the ONLY mascara I’ve ever used that gives my lashes the same volume effect as lash extensions without looking like spider legs. It fills in gaps, lengthens, and darkens WITHOUT looking heavy and clumpy. I’ve never been able to wear mascara without other eye makeup to balance it and this has been a game changer. 5. The wearability. Everyone hates mascaras that flake, smear, etc. None of the above happen with this formula. Not only that, but if you get a little on your skin while applying, it comes right off - and it’s super easy to wash off at the end of the day. I don’t know what they put in this to make it so perfect but BUY IT NOW. I can confidently say I’ll never use another mascara again!

I've tried a lot of mascaras. Most don't work for me. This one does. I didn't think I would like the skinny brush, but I do. It reaches the corners of my lash line without making a mess. It defines and separates the lashes (separating the lashes is a big deal to me). The color is nice and dark (01 Extra Black). The only negative I've found is that it doesn't thicken the lash the way some mascaras do, but another coat usually fixes that well enough. Regardless, I see this being a regular in my cosmetic bag. It washes off easily but does not smear during the day. I purchased the Essence Lash Without Limits Extreme Lengthening & Volume Mascara 01 Extra Black.
