I used these lasagna pasta sheets to make dinner last night and found them very delicious! We've tried a number of lower carb pastas and the lower in carbs means lower in flavor. Not so here - win / win! The taste was very good - in fact it was so good, my boyfriend didn't realize these were "low carb" until he saw the package sitting out on the counter! So delicious - my boyfriend kept on thanking me and suggested we have this regularly! Love that it was high in fiber and so good that my boyfriend didn't realize it was low carb and calorie. I'm not a good, nor patient cook, but found this to be painless! Easy instructions, suggestion to line a sheet with olive oil a good one. Re the cook time - For me, I had to cook the noodles about 18 minutes to get them soft enough. At 10 minutes cooking time I felt it was too al dente.... I made the whole box, thinking I would need the whole box because the two of us eat for four lol, but should have only made half. It goes far. Very delicious AND filling. I didn't want to waste, so my boyfriend happily helped me eat my portion. Definitely is going to be a regular special pasta served in our household.

Verdict is in! These work in my crock pot lasagna! No pre-cooking needed. Better than expected, tastes great! Ordering the 6 pack for the best value, after just ordering 1 to try it out. Delicious, the noodles hold together and they are low carb. Win win!

You'd never know this is a lower calorie food. It cooks well and tastes delicious 😋

I was very happy with the taste and texture of these noodles. They are much shorter than the noodles I used to buy but they worked fine in my pan by putting them in the opposite direction, across the short side. My BIG DISAPPOINTMENT was the quantity. The label says that three noodles are a serving and that there are approximately four servings per box for a total of twelve noodles. My box only has eleven noodles and two little broken corners. My lasagna recipe requires six noodles so after making a batch I only have five noodles left, not enough to make another lasagna. Thus I had to purchase an additional box just to make lasagna one more time. I would have given this product a five star review if the box had contained twelve noodles. That being said, I'm happy to finally have a keto-friendly lasagna noodle.

Love alllll the Fiber Gourmet pasta! Spendy but worth it for high fiber and low calories. I cook at least 3-4 minutes past the suggested time and it comes out soft like any pasta. Great flavor and normal pasta texture.

Buyer BEWARE! These break when you cook them per the directions on the box. The ONLY reason I gave one star is because they taste ok.

Tastes great, low calories, and fiber rich. Didn’t arrive in broken pieces like other reviews said but the noodles do break once cooked. I don’t mind it though, I’ll still purchase more.

Absolutely excellent!! I am truly pleased with this product and I have tried every type of low carb noodle! The price isn't bad either!
