Helped me sleep very nicely.

Dissolve quickly in warm water. Used for many different things, horse hoof soak, human bath soak, dietary supplement. Already went thru one bag!

I do wish the flakes were a bit smaller, but when mixed with hot water and stirred, they dissolve very well! I just added a few drops of essential oil for scent.

Does the job. Course but dissolves easily. Tastes as it should. I use for Mag Oil,as well.

I buy a few diffrent brands of magnesium flakes and this is one i keep coming back to, ive bought this brand from other sellers but this was sent quick. I had it the next day. The quality is what youre going to want. I will be buying more.
