It's clear that the creator of this product went through great planning and thought when creating this. It's extremely easy to install, it's made of durable metal instead of cheap plastic, you can't even tell it's on the laptop (at least on mine since it's a black case and black cover). It's compatible with my Acer laptop that does not have a camera door/cover. I love how it's minimalistic looking and doesn't stand out, it just does its job! Great value for money (since the majority of the cost is likely shipping and logistics). Yes, you can slap a $0.01 Post-It-Note on your laptop, but this product wouldn't be for you anyway. You put this on and forget about it, it'll stay on for the rest of the laptop's life (from what I can tell).

These are great. I put none on my laptop and one on my phone. Very easy to apply and are very small so they don’t look bulky or catch on anything.

I was surprised how well the glue stuck. These camera covers should be standard on every modern cell phone. It angers me that they are not and here we are needing to spend extra money to guarantee our visual privacy. Good product. Thank you.

These covers are simple and effective. The one on my laptop has stayed secure and works perfectly. The one I put on my phone fell off pretty quickly, so I’d recommend them more for laptops than phones. Still a great option for peace of mind.

Using a Microsoft Surface Laptop and enjoy the Windows Hello feature but hate that the camera doesn't have a built in cover. I just don't want to risk anyone gaining access to my camera. Even though all they'd see is my ugly mug typing away, it's a little creepy.I could have used a snip of electrical tape to cover things, but I do use the camera from time to time for meetings and the tape just looks tacky. The CloudValley cover looked like it would work nicely and I wasn't far from the mark. Installation was simple and best used under a bright light to make sure you're not covering a sensor or the Hello camera. It takes a bit for the adhesive tape to set so you can push it around (gently) if your first placement is off.The cover slides with little effort and the laptop looks as if the cover came from the factory. My only nit that cost it a star is that it creates a paper thin gap when you close the laptop. No getting around that because I don't think they can make it any thinner. I don't think it will cause issues and I have found that the laptop is easier to open one-handed, but still, I wouldn't mind having the lid close flush.If you're concerned about camera privacy, this is an excellent option to give you some peace of mind.

This is the best camera cover I found. Even same brand their smaller size has a bad adhesive, but this one really works. Removing and attaching this one 10 times while I was comparing with other ones, still holds way better than the others I tried (3 different ones). The only issue is it's too large for one of my laptops (ProArt), but works great on my work mac book pro 16 inch. Gave the second one to my friend after it didn't work on my home laptop, and it worked great on 14 inch macbook pro 14 too.
