Oh my word I was living in a very silent world. I can hear. I put them in and I could hear running water the dog barking next door and the lovely sounds of my family speaking again. You can’t put a price on that. I actually watched a TV programme. Now of course I only got them a few hours ago so I need to get used to them. They did a bit of whistling but I will sort that. They felt comfortable and I do wear glasses too. Overall it’s just so good to hear. Thank you.

Took a while to get use to, but were really useful as both ears were deaf due to a heavy flu cold…at least I could talk to people & hear their reply & didn’t feel so isolated… Pleased

Was asked to get for an older gent who was struggling with hearing. He is very happy with them his hearing is better and they are comfortable to wear. His wife is over the moon. No more shouting.

I got these in desperation as have low level of hearing in one ear and after recently having inner ear infection in other caused by Flu almost deaf!Fairly simple to use and I probably haven’t got it totally correct yet as they only arrived this morning -but have miraculously joined the land of the hearing again after being in a vacuum of silent misery and driving family mad with my lack of communication.Can’t recommend these too highly! Great replacement for my NHS hearing aids which hurt the inner part of my ears. The mould was too hard and uncomfortable. These hearing aids fit my ears much better and the sound reception is excellent. Also recharging them is very handy by just setting them on the supplied charger.

Ok , the price of these hearing aids is a fraction of what “proper hearing aids “that had been Taylor made for you by a hearing specialist would cost.. So you can’t really expect much. You do get a solid product complete with a good charging dock and a well made case to keep them in but unfortunately for me , that is the end of the pros. The units are incredibly large and very obtrusive. I can’t see anyone wanting to wear them in public. As for the performance , I found them much too loud even on the lowest setting and the quality of sound was very hollow sounding . I have come to the conclusion you have to bite the bullet , have a proper hearing test and then be issued with a specific aid for your needs. A lot of hassle but you end up with the real thing and probably free of charge if you go through the NHS route.

The hearing aid was as described, but unfortunately had to return as ear pieces were too big, also not stable when wearing spectacles

Bought as a present for a relative. I had my doubts as they seemed very deaf. However, they say it is terrific and now we can talk much more easily face to face and on the phone.Very pleased.
