What is the longest anyone had stored this before using it?

I stored it for three months. That’s the longest you can keep them but of course it depends on the expiration date you get.

Is this good for baking? Every time I buy whole milk it goes bad.

This is real milk that is fine for anything real milk is good for. It has been treated and packaged so that it has a long shelf life. Once you open it, it has about that same shelf life as regular milk you would buy in the supermarket. This is real, whole milk. Tastes the same, acts the same.
