Lumie Mini, Compact Bright Light Therapy Lamp for Improved Mood, Energy and Alertness

I recently purchased the Lumie Mini Compact Bright Light Therapy Lamp and it has been a wonderful addition to our daily routine. As somebody who works from home occasionally, I wanted something that could help lift our spirits, especially during the darker winter months. This lamp has exceeded my expectations in so many ways and is as effective as the standard Lumie lamp that we also have. Pros: Compact and Portable: The small size makes it easy to move around the house and take us minimal space. Bright and Effective: The 10k lux light at a close distance is powerful enough to make a noticeable difference in our mood and energy levels. I feel more awake and productive after using it for just a short time each day. Simple to Use: The one-button operation at the top of the lamp is much easier to access than the full size lamp. I can easily turn it on and off without any fuss. Cons: One Brightness Level: It would have been useful to have adjustable brightness settings, but the single level has been very effective. May not be suitable for all users. Need to so some research before purchasing if you have sensitive eyes or any other eye condition.

Cannot fault this. I suffer with SAD and this has changed the game for me. It’s small enough that I was able to put it in my under the seat carry on for an easyJet flight, but bright enough that it still makes a huge difference. The light is bright, and does exactly what you need. Also a great light for makeup if you’re staying somewhere with poor lighting (not its intended use but still helpful!)

Great lamp! Really bright and it helps with my circadian rhythm because light first thing in the morning is important to help with that. Highly recommend!!

I have only had the lamp a week and we still have quite a bit of sunshine in sunny Cromer but getting up just after 5 every day means a dark start. The lamp goes on as soon as we are back from our dog walk and I really do think it lift our mood

It really works!! This is going to be a life saver through out this super dreary uk winter we are having right now. Ive almost forgot what the sun looks like, but this little lamps brings the sun where the weather doesnt. I had helped a lot with mood

It works as described a small portable SAD lamp with sufficient lux levels and easy to use.

Very bright. I do feel it helped over the winter when it was dark too much. Some may find it helpful.

An excellent neat and portable SAD lamp that packs 10,000 Lumens in a nice shape smaller than a sheet of A4. It feels well built and definitely helps lift morning moods in these dark days.
