For me it burned a little when I first used it. I attributed that to the dryness I had. It also oozes out which might make your uncomfortable. If it continues to burn, I would stop for awhile and possibly try again in a week or so. To be honest, I stopped using Replens last year, after using it for a good year and a half, as I still got a uti which I was trying to prevent in the first place. I am on a prescription cream now to heal the vaginal tissues. We will see how this works in the long run.
