Does it kill the eggs and larva

No it kills the cat, my cats were so sick after using this and had huge sores and they wouldnt even give me a full refun it was terrible!

Does this product repel mosquitoes? When I started buying it about a year ago, the package said it did. Current packaging does not.

This product didn't help with anything. It barely had 1 drop of liquid in each tube. My cat did not benefit at all from it.

When does this stuff kick it?

If you mean get the creepy crawlies off the cat... Then I'd say pretty fast. A cat who is a friendly stay seemed to "kick it" after about 24 hours...I didn't see anything on him when he came back the next day... Hope that helps
